We do not offer refunds past 24 hours of purchase. A Chargeback will be a violation of the terms of service and result in a ban from our services. Refunds will not be granted because you were banned. We do not guarantee 24/7/365 server uptime however our goal is having 100% uptime. Unfortunately, issues do happen. Usually these our out of our control such as downtime caused by our host or due to an update. We will not refund based on uptime unless the untime for the month exceeds 2 weeks. This scenario is very unlikely and in the event of a prolonged downtime, stay tuned to discord for updates. We will try to to provide all customers with credit however it's not guaranteed.

You must report transactions that do not automatically work within 1 day (24 hours) from purchase. We will no longer be reissuing the full 1 month terms for users who come to us a month after it was purchased. No refund will be generated for this reason either.
You must have VIP or MVP to drive a private vehicle. Vehicles and vehicle access cannot be traded for cash value, physical items, or anything outside of DHSRP.
